You have 20 days from the day an order is placed to request a return. Items must be returned in resalable condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. 


RETURNS PROCESS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 

  1. To initiate a return, contact your Brand Ambassador with your return request and let her know your order number and the items and quantity being returned. 
  2. Your Brand Ambassador will submit your return request and provide you with an RMA number to write on the outside of your return package. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package so we can accurately process your return. You will have 14 days to mail your product back to us at:

        3. Your refund will be process upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back. 


RETURNS PROCESS FOR CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS

  1. If you paid your Brand Ambassador directly using cash, a check or any kind of electronic funds transfer please reach out to her. She will refund you directly.
